The Project
An enterprise platform built to facilitate complex personnel decisions during corporate restructuring. Over six years the product continuously scaled to accommodate pandemic-driven market shifts and evolving client requirements.
The Role
After single handedly establishing the product's foundations, I was promoted to UI/UX Lead to manage a team of three and scale execution for growing client demand.
The Team
Based in Shanghai, our design team collaborated daily with the US onshore team to present iterations, refine new modules, and integrate direct client feedback.

Delivered end-to-end design artifacts—from low-fi wireframes to interactive prototypes—iterated against continuous client and leadership feedback.

Upon final approval, delivered comprehensive end-to-end screen states and partnered closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
